I Made Something Fun for Dog Lovers

HiReader

The other morning I was watching my dogs wake up.

First came the big stretch…
front legs down, tail up, that classic play-bow stretch.

Then the slow back stretch.

It made me laugh because dogs do this every single day — they naturally stretch their bodies the way yoga teachers try to teach us.

And it reminded me why I started experimenting with doga (yoga with your dog) in the first place.

So I decided to create something fun around it.

Over the past few weeks I've been putting together a small guide called:

The Doga Experience

It's part coloring book, part pose guide, and part bonding time with your dog.

Each page shows:

• a pose illustration you can color
• the human version of the stretch
• a simple way your dog can join you

For example:

Butterfly Pose (Human)
paired with
Buddha Pose (Dog)

You sit comfortably with the soles of your feet together…

while your dog sits upright beside you like a little Buddha on the mat.

It turns into this quiet moment where both of you slow down together.

No pressure.

No perfection.

Just movement, stretching, and time with your dog.

Tomorrow I’ll share a few sample pages and make the guide available for anyone who wants to try it with their dog.

Talk soon,

Pamela
